It was a very good experience. Bought it online with a pick up from the car. Best Buy made it ver simple!

The package came relatively fast but the only complain I have is that when the box was a bit damaged when it came but everything was fine.

PS5 is great; I’m enjoying it more than I thought I would. The problem is Best Buy. Returns aren’t checked for content or completeness. My ‘like new, in box’ didn’t include Spider-Man; and one trigger of the controller doesn’t have the feedback. My options were to drive an hour and return it; or go and buy the pack in game myself - and send the controller to Sony to fix.

Everything is working great. No complaints. Only thing I’m waiting for is more accessories or customization for this newer model.

My son loves his PS5 ,it works great and he plays with it everyday

Fast shipping as always. The PS5 is great but the main interface is clunky. XBOX X is superior, but love the PS only games.

I purchased this combo. Good and bad points. Easy to purchase and good shipping. PlayStation is great. However the Spider-Man game card with its voucher code keeps reading as invalid or expired. I’ve been given the run around with PlayStation and Best Buy support. Still awaiting a refund or new voucher code. It was a gift for family and it’s been a mess to iron out and still not done. Tread carefully.

Nice system. Wish the fans did a better job at keeping it cool. Base controller sucks cuz paddle attachments

New to PlayStation . Always played Xbox. Wanted to play a few exclusive games. I am enjoying the PlayStation

Overheated after only 7 months of use; I luckily have playstation warranty and they are letting me send mine back to get repaired, luckily. I really do love my ps5 but overheated was a definite issue.

Bought in December for my son, we are now in August, and the console is FRIED! Went to bestbuy for support, nothing they could do, need to go straight to Sony. Called Sony, they tried to troubleshoot it, but the man said yea the system is dead. My PS4 literally last me 10yrs lol it's still running great. This sucks

Purchased for Christmas only had it for 5 months and had to send it back do to known issues with faulty HDMI port. You can hardly reach sony by phone and the webpage is sometimes not working properly. They have to mail you a shipping box and you have to ship your system off....I advise you have a back up plan for your kids.

Ps5 is amazing + with a 10/10 game. Only problem was that two buttons (r1 and O) of the controller started getting stuck.

Console is great, works as expected. Only drawback is I received a unit with no vertical stand. Check thoroughly beforehand.

Bought it on sale but still too expensive. Included Spider man2 shows good graphic quality and fun to play.

Buying process was simple. There was an option for interest free payment, but wasnt set up for it so had to pay the full amount

I'm not sure if my previous review was removed. The one star is for Best Buy, not for Playstation/Sony. Do not buy any open-box item from Best Buy. This was shown as excellent condition with all the accessories and parts being there, but there were accessories missing and the console was dirty and had marks on them. The plastic was warped. This was not excellent condition. Also, if they are going to sell you open-box item, they need to make it more clear that the full game download is no longer included.

Came damaged when I had it derived. But they where very quick and kind when I exchanged it and has had no problems since.

I’m guessing it was A OK because my grandson hasn’t said anything about the game so no complaints mean great gaming !
