    Shipping was very fast, product arrived in ps5 spiderman 2 box which was very ripped and taped up during shipping. When I unboxed the unit, ps5 noted to be in good condition with only a few scratches on it, came with original controller and cords, horizontal stand was missing in the package and as advertised full game download included SPIDERMAN 2 code was MISSING as well, contacted customer support 2 times and was unsuccessful with helping me. This will be my last open box item unfortunately. I wish i had a better experience but it is what it is
