The ps5 is awesome. I bought it as gift and it didn’t disappoint.

The PS5 hype did sorta live up to the hype. Idk what’s wrong with my PS5, but I still haven’t been able to connect to my wifi wirelessly. Using a LAN cable works better anyway. The graphics and actual gameplay definitely defer from previous gens. Although newer, Sony seems to love bugs. Many games have crashed on me several times and it seems playing music at the same as a game will overload it. Really really poor execution on cleaning it up altogether not to mention the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME. Good luck figuring out ANY of your problems because they do not care about their customers. Lemme repeat that SONY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. Not only that, but the apps are limited! No NFL, no MLB, no apps other than the 12 apps provided. We don’t even get a browser anymore?? Absolutely disgusted with PlayStation. I’ve been playing since PS2, so if I ever met any worker for PlayStation I wouldn’t have anything nice to say. This should be getting no stars, but the store deals save this.

I went with the disc version. I'm old school and the digital version was too much to think about. I like the ability to play PS4 games, not to mention the price difference. I will splurge on a PS5 game if I really want it. The blu-ray player is a plus since I have blu-ray movies and sometimes want to see those instead of streaming.
