I got this because I was going warranty swap on my og Ps5. I like this one because it’s smaller than the original. I enjoy using it with my child.

I love the design of the slim. So much lighter and love that it now comes with clips to lay flat. So much more quiet vs the first edition.

The Playstation 5 was great and everything as desired, however this pick up location is terrible. When ordered I received notification that it would be available for pick up in an hour. Since we live and hour and a half from the Best Buy we decided to go eat dinner then go pick it up to avoid an unnecessary trip. Spent 2 hours eating and then looked around Best Buy for an hour before going to pick up. Nearly 3 hours later and the customer service desk said that the notification was wrong and it might not even be that day. Best Buy, we wasted our time due to this notification. Changevit to say within 24 hours, 48 hours, during holidays but we wasted time and gas for nothing. But it gets worse, there were several PS5 disc that we ordered literally 5 from this feet behind this employee. They told us if we wanted that Playstation we would have to cancel our order and repurchase it. To summarize: Online orders for pick-up are a scam.

Great system with great graphics. The panels come off easy to replace with all the different options out there. Installing the memory upgrade is also very easy. Vertical stand is a must if you are trying to fit it somewhere so it won’t take up a bunch of space. Sony nailed it with this console and all the great games they have out!

The play station 5 is a great gaming console! I love all the exclusive games Sony has to offer. 120 fps is very smooth, I don’t ever get below that when I’m gaming

I love the PS5. A great upgrade from the PS4. Easy to set up and has great graphics. Does take a little time to learn the new operating system, but I enjoy it more than the PS4. My only wish is that there was more storage - when importing my games from my old PS4, the storage completely filled up.

Pretty reliable console, brought it for me and then I upgraded to a another ps5 slim and gave this one to my dad, and he love it!

Great Console, the slim is a lot more aesthetically pleasing than the original with the same performance. Worth it if you don’t have a PlayStation yet.

I love Playstation 4, but Playstation 5 definitely worth the buy, it has an amazing display, I love how they remade some of the PS4 games, with higher quality graphics, and make it feel more interactive.

Still functional after several months in having it. Love my PS5.
