Perfect purchase experience. I order online for same day pick up. Got all my conformation emails fast. Got there and was greeted by a handsome Black man and I was assisted by another handsome Hispanic man. Got checked out, and was on my way. Great experience. Oh and the game works awesomely. It came with all the necessary gadgets, quick setup as well. The controller is so cute and works perfect except for a small Sony issue regarding the mic .

Great console. It does everything I need it to and I love the elite controller as well as the force feedback. Not to mention the amazing exclusives on PlayStation even if it isn’t a ton.

Easy process for the pick up. I did have to go in store because curb side was not available at time of arrival. PS5 is great. Setup was easy and I was off and playing within 15 minutes!

Owning a PS4 I was on the fence, but the difference in graphics, gameplay, download speed, etc. is staggering. Buying was great experience as well, did a trade in for a boosted promo price so was able to upgrade while not spending full price and get rid of PS4 which would’ve collected dust if I had both.

Perfect Christmas gift for my son. His PS4 was 11 years old & still working perfectly fine (he’s not a heavy gamer.) My husband & I felt he needed something new despite him telling us for years he didn’t need it. We’re all very pleased with the game console as well as the Madden 26!

My son loves this PC5. I couldn’t find one in stock after Christmas but of course Best Buy had it! The customer service was excellent.

The PS5’s custom SSD dramatically reduces load times, making transitions between areas almost instantaneous. Games feel much smoother, and this quick loading is one of the standout features of next-gen consoles. It’s also capable of 4K gaming at 60fps, with some titles even supporting 120fps.

The PS5 is a wonderful console. The slim version doesn't take up as much space. Having a disc drive is important, because I get to watch all of my Blu-ray movies. Plus it's important to note that companies can remove digital copies of your movies and games from your library whenever they choose. Don't go fully digital.

Super easy to order online from Best Buy. Especially liked the opportunity to get an Open Box model in perfect condition that saved us some money so we bought some new games. It looked brand new with all the orginal paperwork and packaging. Also, the shipping was literally only one day, that was amazing! We highly recommend ordering from Best Buy Online.
