I purchased the PlayStation 5 for my son’s birthday, and it was a fantastic decision! The ability to pay it off with a payment plan made it much more affordable and stress-free. My son absolutely loves it—he’s been thrilled with the smooth graphics, fast load times, and the wide variety of games available for it. It’s clear Sony put a lot of thought into the design and performance of the PS5, as it delivers an immersive gaming experience. Whether he’s playing solo or with friends online, the PS5 has exceeded expectations. If you’re considering a console upgrade, this one is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love my PS5. My ps4 was running way too slow after many many years of owning it. I only played Fortnite but recently had started dabbling into other games as well due to the significantly better graphics! Not a single regret

I like my PlayStation, I bought it on October, and it already shows that it’s full. I mean , I’m not saying is bad, I just that I only have 5 games, and 100 and something pictures. But still, it’s a good item to have when you’re bored. Just click the line tiny button and Boom! Play whatever it seems a good choice for you. ( Some games are not free and you have to buy them at the store on in the PlayStation store digital) .

I had a Playstation 4, But it was time to upgrade and i’m glad i didn’t switch brands and stayed with Playstation. They are continuing to improve the console and make the experience worth the price tag!

i got this and its nice although the fan is loud when playing certain games for long periods of time but i guess that is just cooling the console. And making it not overheat it gets loud its just kinda annoying other then that 10/10

Must need for the living room. Some of the greatest exclusive games and runs some of the best streaming apps in full 4k UHD quality. Sony continues to deliver one of the best forms of entertainment any family or individual can enjoy in the comfort of their home. Can't wait for the PS5 Pro, but until then, this is definitely a must have.

The Playstation 5 was great and everything as desired, however this pick up location is terrible. When ordered I received notification that it would be available for pick up in an hour. Since we live and hour and a half from the Best Buy we decided to go eat dinner then go pick it up to avoid an unnecessary trip. Spent 2 hours eating and then looked around Best Buy for an hour before going to pick up. Nearly 3 hours later and the customer service desk said that the notification was wrong and it might not even be that day. Best Buy, we wasted our time due to this notification. Changevit to say within 24 hours, 48 hours, during holidays but we wasted time and gas for nothing. But it gets worse, there were several PS5 disc that we ordered literally 5 from this feet behind this employee. They told us if we wanted that Playstation we would have to cancel our order and repurchase it. To summarize: Online orders for pick-up are a scam.

I am extremely happy with my experience in purchasing the PS5 from Best Buy. At first I decided to go with an out of the box, excellent condition, for whatever reason it would not load games - when I brought it in the staff was so quick to respond and made the exchange for a new system so easy. The new PS5 works beautifully and I have had no issues since the exchange.

I have been a gamer since Pong and have watched the evolution of the industry up to this console. I am thoroughly enjoying the time I have spent playing my PS5. The graphics, sound and control are all above expectation.
