Got this a week ago. Best console ever bought. No complaints.

It's great. I will say it takes some getting used to. The controller is bigger, how you navigate the system is a little different but you have more access to games. I'd say it's worth the purchase since the PS4 is getting phased out.

My daughter loves her Christmas gift we found out not only does it take disc but you can also download games to. She loves the way the controller lights to different colors It also came on time this is the second game console I’ve purchased from Best Buy

It works well, that's why I bought it at Best Buy because I know its products are always good, I don't regret buying it there.

I bought this game as a gift for my husband. He loves it. It works great, it doesn’t lag. Storage is great and quality is great.

I’m giving 4/5 just because the console still big, even the slim edition. Other than that everything - performance, design and the controller- is great

So glad i got this instead of the Series X. 100 dollars cheaper, better exclusives, less advertising on the home screen, and Xbox exclusives plus game pass(including Halo and Gears) will be on Playstation eventually. Longer wait sure but since games are rarely finished when released, id rather play a more polished and updated game after a little wait. Or even buy them on sale or used to limit money going to Microsoft. Former Xbox owner primarily.

Amazing product, easy purchase. Walked into the store and picked up the ps5 system and a video game, was helped every step of the way by the great employees at Best Buy.

We are extremely happy with our console. After much bungling with another company I was able to find the exact console that was needed and the employee was so helpful and so polite and a joy to talk to.

If you have free time and don't know what to invest it in, believe me, this device will make up for it. Highly recommended.

My Son LOVES!!!!!! I only dislike the family management functions! They are not clear and not easy to manage properly! Very easy to set up and that’s a PLUS!!

My boyfriend and I were going back and forth debating on if we should get it or not, and we finally decided to get it. We both love it so much!! The graphics are so good, and everything about the PS5 is amazing!! We recommend!

My wife bought this for me.It’s been eight years since I played my PS4 so it took a little bit of getting used to the way things work are different but mine has a disc player on it plus you can digitally download the storage space is not that great. I would recommend getting a a separate storage device, but the picture quality and video quality is great. I would recommend this product.

Finally was able to get a Slim PS5 w/ Disc drive at a reasonable price. Trading in my previous PlayStation made it incredibly cheaper! Love the system already, can’t stop playing it! Already bought proper accessories.

I haven't met anyone unhappy with their PS5 myself included, overall amazing gaming console. Great software and exclusive game access.
