It was a gift Perfect works like new would buy again if needed

I was scared that if i didn’t order it in person it would come damaged but it didn’t it’s amazing i’ve always loved playstation products

PS5 works great. Easy purchase and pick up. Good price. Four stars since when we received it was in safe mode as if Best Buy had not tested it. Had to download software from USB to get it to start up. All good now!

Honestly I didn't know what I as getting into when purchasing an OPEN BOX ps5 from Best Buy. I purchased online and picked up in store. I also traded in my old PS4. Directions for trade in could have been a little better (e.g. you NEED to bring it with you when picking up the item). the console itself seems to be in pretty good condition. Working great so far a few weeks in. Couple of scratches but very minor.

The PlayStation was definitely different after having an Xbox for so long. But I love having both systems for the different games they offer
