Purchased this PS5 open box for a great price and ended up buying another for my son about a week later because his was damaged and needed to be replaced. The open box price was about the same as what it would have cost me to ship off the old one to be officially diagnosed and repaired. I had a few issues with system errors trying to place the order online but customer service did a great job of helping me resolve the problem and I was overall very happy with it this purchase. Everything was in great condition and is fully covered under warranty. I even bought an extra games, a controller, and a charger with some of the money I saved on this deal!

It works as it should. PS5 is my favorite console. It could have more storage and I may add that later. Graphics are good. Overall it’s my pick.

Finally got PS5! Huge difference co pared to PS4. Runs extremely silent, smooth. Cooling fans worked very loud on my PS4 . Love the design , so slick and stylish ! And of course the game selection , lots of great games that I couldn’t find/download on PS4

I have an Xbox, but wanted the ability to play some of the ps5 games, there are things I like and don’t like. The system is easy to use although quite large, so be mindful of where it will sit. The controller and haptics are amazing. The controllers are larger, so if you have smaller hands, there will be an adjustment period. The system works great and games load reasonably fast. Cons I do not like that when game reloads it drops me somewhere in the game and not exactly where I was when I saved and exited.

After more than 3 years using the regular PS5 I decided to sell it and purchase a new one. I went with the Slim and I'm really happy about it. It's substantially smaller and the performance is the same. The extra storage is a plus!

It’s really good and my kids really liked it and they play it everyday. We really enjoy this product because it makes us happy. The other thing we liked about is that it works really good and it fast, gameplay, and it just really good.

What more is there to say. Pretty much everyone has owned a Playstation at some time. This model is the best of the best...smaller footprint, 1TB HD...decent price...even better if you catch it on sale! 5 stars!!

As expected playstation elevates gameplay w immersive and intuitive controls and spectacular visuals on even a 83” screen. Now in a smaller footprint. Be sure to use proper HDMI cables and set up your tv and tune playstation settings/video outputs to maximize your experience! If you have a 4k TV, plug-and-play settings do not do the system its full justice. Play around with the video settings til its just right for your gameplay and equipment.

I bought this PS5 to play Where Winds Meet and I am, incredibly surprised by the amount of storage this console has. I love the 3D sound feature which totally elevates the sound experience. So far my games have run smoothly.

The price the transaction everything was excellent, the machine is excellent, but I’m a 67-year-old man who’s never really played video games, so I’m struggling trying to learn, but that’s why I got it to give me another thing to do.

It's a pretty great system. Wanted one for a while except "entrepreneurs" decided that they should buy all the stock and charge 4 times the MSRP. Would be the perfect console if they also shipped a scalper with it so I could get some exercise.

I had a great experience at Best Buy in Odessa TX. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made the whole process quick and easy. I got the PS5 Slim from Best Buy for my 4 and 6 year old and they love it. It is way better than games on an iPad. Games run super fast and the graphics are amazing. Setup was easy and it runs quietly. Definitely worth it.
