Great purchase…I love it... Excellent performance.

I have always bought new systems this was my first time buying a refurbished one I have to say not a bad purchase came with almost everything as stated only thing missing was the clear plastic stand it comes with. But that was not a problem it works Perfectly. Very Happy with this purchase I will now consider refurbished when comes to buying now. Thank you Best Buy

Wish there was a USB type-A on the front, but thats the only functionality issue I have with the hardware. As far as software, I'm not a fan of the menu. The GUI is a bit of a mess. the rows are not intuitive and its cumbersome to get to the things you want to get to. The PS3 had the best GUI and each generation seems to be getting worse. I also noticed how poorly integrated headphone volume is integrated. I was co-oping Bloodborne with a friend and had earbuds plugged into the controller. it is constant work trying to get the game volume and party volume balanced. I would have to manually change the game volume so it doesnt overpower the voice chat. Also, on PS4, if I was playing bloodborne and used the spotify app, the game music would automatically mute (a nice detail!). However, this feature appears to be lost on PS5 or perhaps it only works with certain PS5 games. The performance is obviously leagues ahead of the PS4 so no issues with running games. Its also easy to transfer saves from a PS4 to a PS5 with just a flashdrive. Overall, The UI and functionality is worse than the PS4, but performance is obviously leagues ahead, and I like the controller more.

I had a Playstation 4, But it was time to upgrade and i’m glad i didn’t switch brands and stayed with Playstation. They are continuing to improve the console and make the experience worth the price tag!

I have been a gamer since Pong and have watched the evolution of the industry up to this console. I am thoroughly enjoying the time I have spent playing my PS5. The graphics, sound and control are all above expectation.

I got mine a couple months ago, and I absolutely love it. I went from playing on a PlayStation 3 to the 5, so it took a little to get used to (not very long, but still). It runs very smoothly, pretty much no lag time, and the graphics are amazing in 4k. Very happy I decided to purchase it.

The Playstation 5 was great and everything as desired, however this pick up location is terrible. When ordered I received notification that it would be available for pick up in an hour. Since we live and hour and a half from the Best Buy we decided to go eat dinner then go pick it up to avoid an unnecessary trip. Spent 2 hours eating and then looked around Best Buy for an hour before going to pick up. Nearly 3 hours later and the customer service desk said that the notification was wrong and it might not even be that day. Best Buy, we wasted our time due to this notification. Changevit to say within 24 hours, 48 hours, during holidays but we wasted time and gas for nothing. But it gets worse, there were several PS5 disc that we ordered literally 5 from this feet behind this employee. They told us if we wanted that Playstation we would have to cancel our order and repurchase it. To summarize: Online orders for pick-up are a scam.

I purchased this PS5 before Thanksgiving 2024 at the regular price using my Best Buy credit card. I knew they would have upcoming sales and I could get a price adjustment without having to deal with the Black Friday shopping. After the price dropped, I was able to easily go on the app and request the sale price. My credit card was quickly reimbursed the difference and I didn’t even have to go into the store. My son loves his PS5 and plays it daily and I loved the convenience and great deal Best Buy provided for my Christmas shopping.

I haven’t had any issues with. Runs and plays great. I’m really enjoying it. Only issue is the controller will have stick drift but all consoles have stick drift

Was time to upgrade from Gen 1 on the ps5 was definitely worth it and better when making installments on this for those not wanting to drop all the money at once

I absolutely love my PS5. My ps4 was running way too slow after many many years of owning it. I only played Fortnite but recently had started dabbling into other games as well due to the significantly better graphics! Not a single regret
