    Very clean, easy by only one thing when turning on the game system, it had errors such as a voice automatic system turned on already that is kind of hard to turn off. May have to to get back in to get the voice Automator off.

    This was a good buy but ps had trouble on starting had to do a reboot on the setup screen. Other than that so far so good

    Be wary of open box items. I ordered an "excellent" open box PS5. It was supposed to come with a disk drive. The item was VERY dusty and contained no disk drive. I reached out to customer service and the only option was to return the item and MAYBE eventually get what i paid for. Bestbuy open boxed items are very sketchy at best. Now, i have to decide rather to go without, pay more for a disk drive, or tell my kid he has to wait longer and return the item.
