For its price it is an excellent option, a good console.

I finally got it! It has taken a few years because this console has been in high demand! I don’t play games all the time but I am very pleased with it and I look forward to many years of game play! Nice design!

Honestly I didn't know what I as getting into when purchasing an OPEN BOX ps5 from Best Buy. I purchased online and picked up in store. I also traded in my old PS4. Directions for trade in could have been a little better (e.g. you NEED to bring it with you when picking up the item). the console itself seems to be in pretty good condition. Working great so far a few weeks in. Couple of scratches but very minor.

On the front, you’ll find one Hi-Speed USB Type-C port, one SuperSpeed (10Gbps) Type-C port and the power button. If you have a disc drive, the eject button is actually next to the slot instead of next to the power button – Sony’s finally learned! On the back there are two SuperSpeed USB type-A ports, the HDMI 2.1 port, and Ethernet. That’s plenty for charging controllers, plugging in external storage, and hooking up a PSVR 2. But sorry audiophiles, there’s still no optical audio out.

Short and sweet: it’s great, just buy it! The graphics are phenomenal, so just do it! The storage is also large, but go ahead and get a compatible external hard drive.

Kids love it; it was a step up from the Xbox One. We should have upgraded sooner.

PlayStation 5 uses HDR and Dolby Atmos with that great picture and sound. Plays ps4 games as well. Ps5 controller is the bomb. Dislike i wanted to the console put vertical but its still to tall so i have horizontally.

The kids were thrilled to get it for Christmas and have been playing it ever since. No issues with the console or controller.
