Faster than the 4, backward compatible. I mean, its a playstation lol CON- they need to get up to date with MUCH larger storage capacity imho. games are getting larger and the storage space is getting smaller or at best remaining the same at a comical ~700 gigs of room. 4 TB min needed as new.

Incredibly bulky. Yes, even though it says slim, it takes up a lot of space. Set up is a pain. Not intuitive at all. But my kiddo wanted to play Astrobot and waited patiently for 6 months for it, so we purchased it. Set up was a pain, did I already say that? Yeah that’s how annoying it was for a new user (my PS3 acct didn’t work anymore!!). Also, very unclear on how to keep kids safe while playing online with friends only (with the Nintendo switch, this is far easier to navigate). Very few game options for little gamers. If it weren’t for Astrobot I wouldn’t have purchased it but here we are. Would I recommend it? Not unless you really want a Sony exclusive game. Sonic graphics are much better on this system though, I’ll say that.

When I arrived, I wasn’t so sure where to go to purchase the console & was looking at the general gaming area. I did have to find someone to help & someone did right away. Customer service was great & condition of the console box was in perfect condition. I had a ps4 for years & thought that was already neat, however, I really did need an upgrade. Of course Sony didn’t disappoint. The ps5 is so nice & have been having a great time playing games & streaming. Definitely an awesome investment.

The product as expected is amazing. I purchased this just before Sony began raining their prices so, i did save up from $50-100, which is a huge plus. The product also has a backup feature that allows you to transfer all of your PS4 data remotely over to your PS5. But what makes it even better is that with the disc port, you can also digitize your disc games. Also as another perk to why I shop Best Buy is, they have price matching, AND they have a 15 day return police if your product some how breaks either from faulty software or it was damage in delivery. I recommend anyone making a purchase to do so through BestBuy for your electronic needes and purchases.

I have been waiting for a while to make this upgrade from my PS4. I pulled the trigger when the price dropped for the holidays. This was a holiday gift to myself. I have been playing on my 4K tv and the graphics are amazing. The main reason for me to get this was there were games I wanted to play that were exclusive to the PS5. Also, I wanted to be ready for GTA VI.

This is what my inner child has been waiting for get the one with the disc drive attached and save yourself the money long term for real it runs great and I use it every day finally after 8 years I’m putting my ps4 to rest and I’ve upgraded and I promise it was worth it
