I recently picked up a PlayStation 5 from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The console runs incredibly smooth and fast—loading times are almost non-existent compared to my old system. The graphics are stunning, and games feel so much more immersive with the DualSense controller. I’ve already spent hours playing and enjoying every moment. Ordering through Best Buy was easy, and the pickup process was quick and hassle-free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the PS5 and the shopping experience. If you’ve been on the fence about upgrading, I highly recommend it—you won’t regret it!

Purchased last month as I wanted to upgrade from the ps4 pro , I’m very happy with the ps5 so far it works flawlessly the game graphics are incredible the system is fast it’s very easy to learn to navigate the options. I picked up the media remote as well from play station it’s a nice option for control of the ps5 . The shape of the console is weird to me but oh well designers have a plan I guess .i would say it needs more storage from the factory 1TB is decent but you’ll definitely have to upgrade to accommodate multiple games .

Got it for my grandson he is exactly the happiest boy he's ever been and the PlayStation is wonderful and I think Best buy cuz I started looking online and Best buy always comes through what a great company they really are I know I know how it is I work at Kroger's been at Kroger's for 33 years and I do appreciate Best buy I sure do thank you for all you do too

My PS5 is what I had hoped it would be. It arrived in a timely manner and was easy to set up. I enjoy the feel of the controller in my hand. I also appreciate its overall futuristic aesthetic. While I haven't gotten a chance to do much gaming, I am looking forward to seeing how it's improved on the previous generation of PlayStation.

bought this as a christmas present for my mom to upgrade her from the ps4. resolution and smoother gameplay by far even with a limited edition ps4. mom loves it and now its easier for us to game together. If you're wondering if the upgrade is necessary or worth it I promise that you will see a big difference in gameplay.

I switched from a Xbox one to a PlayStation, and yes I know that there will be an obvious difference because of PlayStation being way newer than the Xbox one. But the one thing I love way more about PlayStation is the controllers, I have noticed they are way more comfortable and my aim got extremely better after playing on PlayStation, now I’m not saying this will be everyone’s experience, but this was mine. I love how the controller has a built in mic, and you can change the sensitivity on the buttons. The PlayStation also has a 1TB storage which is nice. PlayStations graphics are amazing but you do have to have the right monitor/ tv for that as well. Overall this product is amazing. I do recommend getting this if you like single player games, because Xbox has way more multiplayer games, and I did enjoy that. When playing on PlayStation do keep in mind that multiplayer games that you pay for can only be played if you buy PlayStation plus, you can’t just buy a game and automatically be able to play online, I just learned that (ik I’m late). But overall I love it!

Honestly, I wasn’t sure if the upgrade from my old setup was going to be worth it, but the PS5 Slim completely won me over. It’s so much quieter than I expected, fits perfectly in my entertainment center, and the load times are almost unreal. There’s something genuinely exciting about sitting down to play on this thing. If you’ve been on the fence, just go for it. You won’t regret it.

Fun game system, looks fine. Wanted it for some of the newer games that they keep proprietary. It would be better if it was a USA company at least.

Since we bought the PlayStation, not a single day has gone by without us using it. I love it for relaxing and having a good time, but the best part has been seeing my son so happy with it. I gave it to him as a gift, and he’s completely in love with it — he doesn’t want to let go of the controller! The quality is excellent, the graphics are stunning, and the system runs incredibly fast. It’s a console that’s truly worth every penny. Even better, it’s brought us closer together as a family by sharing fun moments playing together. This was purchased for my grandson who loves gaming and i've had to pull him away from the gaming screen. He says it is smooth operating and deliverance of game performance and frame rate is without glitches or drops. Not too crazy about it not coming with a stand though, otherwise it's a gamer's dream come true.

Love my PlayStation. Future like design, white out to contrast the black consoles. Great system, better exclusives!
