I bought one online from Bestbuy and there was something wrong with the controller I was able to bring that one in and exchange ot with no issues and the new console and controller work excellent no issues whatsoever

Bought this PlayStation five not too long ago and the HDMI port stopped working, but it isn’t covered under warranty, which sucks. Very unfortunate.

Great i love the slim version and it came with a game only complaint i have is the controller out the box was already stick drifting.
