    The graphics in the PS5 and the games are amazing the kids and I enjoy every minute of it and customer services in Best Buy was excellent even if it was a long line the take care me like I was the only customer answer every question that I have great place to shop customer service is always a key to a lot of customers

    Sony needs a reality check with design heck it even needs help with software I had a boot loop error first time powering it on during set up it’s still leagues better than Xbox but when for lack of a better word your competitors are not competing with you it’s brings down the bar as a whole But that aside I can confidently say WOW it’s pretty neat I did buy a pricey PS5 compatible tv and have fiber internet hardwired to the system so my experience is optimal performance but it’s undeniably fast smooooth and enjoyable

    great console system. easy to set up. the game downloaded already to the system is a pretty good game. overall i'm satisfied so far with the purchase one thing i noticed which is not a deal breaker but wanted to point out the buttons on the controller are slightly stiff but then again its brand new so it makes sense
