Sony needs a reality check with design heck it even needs help with software I had a boot loop error first time powering it on during set up it’s still leagues better than Xbox but when for lack of a better word your competitors are not competing with you it’s brings down the bar as a whole But that aside I can confidently say WOW it’s pretty neat I did buy a pricey PS5 compatible tv and have fiber internet hardwired to the system so my experience is optimal performance but it’s undeniably fast smooooth and enjoyable

great console system. easy to set up. the game downloaded already to the system is a pretty good game. overall i'm satisfied so far with the purchase one thing i noticed which is not a deal breaker but wanted to point out the buttons on the controller are slightly stiff but then again its brand new so it makes sense

Very good product and easy to hook up. My husband did find it too easy to put a game disc in the wrong direction which caused a bit of an issue, but otherwise, great!

I bought this system for my girlfriend so we could play games together and we have been enjoying it so far. although the design of the system could be a bit better, the gameplay is fantastic, not to mention its so much quieter than the ps4 systems.

I had to get a christmas Gift last minute and best buy made it happen , there were no stores with pickup available but best buy still had another option i picked up my item the next day in ups it was in Perfect Condition the best quality Best Buy has it all thanks for making my Christmas the best ever !

Customer Service was excellent! PS5 Game is perfect! The employee that assisted me was named America (from Mexico, how ironic) and she was awesome! Promote that young woman! A raise or something, I haven’t stopped playing my game since i bought it.

We love our new PS5! I will say though, if you live somewhere with poor Wi-Fi from time-to-time this may not be the best option for you. Some of the games will lag every now and then. We got Just Dance for the girls and it won't work at all because of internet. Other than that, it's very user friendly.
