    The PS5 system worked great, but after a few days we noticed Call of Duty wasn't downloaded and there was no code to enter. It was an open box model but labeled excellent so we expected everything to have been in the box. Returned and bought a new (unopened) console.

    I bought this as a Christmas gift and when they opened the box there was no game to download. There was not abdisk or a code. Now in order to get thebgame we either need to return the console and get a new one or purchase the game separately. Very disappointing.
