Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention and purchased the open box model, and whoever purchased it previously took the voucher for the free Modern Warfare III download. Went to the store to see what options I had, and was told I can return the PS5 for another model and that I might owe some money with the return and purchase of a new PS5. The title of this item says "Full Game Download Included", which I assumed Best Buy would have options to replace it besides exchanging the PS5 that was already set up. Called Best Buy Customer Support only to be told I need to call the manufacturer for assistance. The PS5 itself is great, but I'm providing this rating due to Best Buy's lack of customer support.

Keeps having LAN connection issues. Each time game in progress, message pops up to say i am having LAN connection issues. I reconnect and i am able to play for a little then the connection issues start again.

The system plays fine so far, except now I can see a lot more of the inside & the unit emits a ridiculously high pitched tone every so often. I even purchased the stand when I discovered others had tried this, but it hasnt resolved the issue.

The Console great but dose anyone controller not charge?mine dosent seem to chrage even when i put the ps5 into rest mode

Bought an open box PS5 with included game download (call of duty III). The description stated ‘scratches’ as the reason for the open box condition. Store personnel confirmed it was only scratches. On Christmas Day my son happily unpacked it, loaded games, spent gift card money on games, then went to the download the included game…only to find out it was missing. Someone had bought the unit and took the download code. BestBuy support refused to do anything about it. I do not recommend buying open box items from them…all I wanted was fair compensation/refund as I had paid more money than if I had bought a non bundle PS5.

Love the sleek design. Super easy to use. First time PlayStation owner and I think we're hooked.

The machine came with a game. The game was in the form of a "scratch off" code for a digital copy. The scratch off was impossible to read and we cannot get any help from anybody so we don't have the game.

Looks so much better than the day 1 ps5 and a great feature is the removable disk drive would be a lot better if sony included plates for both disc drive and with the disc drive removed

Never been so disappointed with Beat Buy. Purchased this item for a friends Birthday a month or so ago. The item was listed online as a used ps5 with the call of duty game included. It was also listed as excellent which meant it should have had everything that should have came with it. I live in another state, so I ordered the system and had my friend pick it up where they lived. After they picked it up they noticed it did not have the power cord or the game. Being that I purchased the device, they said they needed to speak with me about it, and since I live in another state and is not available to go to the store I contacted the 800 customer service number. Customer service was able to see that the game was activated by the previous owner prior to them returning the system but still did not or want to provide me with the game that I was promised. If I knew it would not have the game I could have saved money by either buying a used system with no game or just buying a new system and buying the game separately. Long story short, I was shorted a game and power cord with no resolution. Very shady of Best Buy and I see why people are instead using Amazon where the prices are the same if not better, and the customer service is actually much better then with Best Buy. They just lost a life long customer over a game they shorted me.

Great product very good value with open box but was missing code for game download but called playstation and got the code emailed to me

Overall it’s great but the controllers are not well made. The analog stick breaks very easily.

It was exactly what I wanted. A little annoying connecting and waiting for the games a things to load.

I have a ps4 waited to get this ps5 for a while but it was very defective kept giving me an error message even after I reset it.

Sadly I have to leave a poor review on this. I bought this bundle which is hard to find and found a Excellent condition open box that was to have the Full Game Download included. When it arrived I opened the box that was barely holding on that no packaging material inside so the PS5 was just moving around. Upon setting up come to find out there was NO GAME DOWNLOADED ON THE PS5. So drove over an hour back to a Best Buy after talking to customer service online and they said there was nothing they could do I could only get a refund. So I went that route. Then to find out they repriced what I had just returned for $60 bucks less that what I paid for it as a GOOD Open box. So if I had kept it. I would have paid more than it's worth and had no game.......beginning to think open box is not the way to go since this is my 2nd time with something from Best Buy that has had an issue with it. Yes open box I don't expect to be perfect but at least included everything as advertised that I am buying. If it doesn't have a game then so no game!

It was broken when I got it and then I orderd a new one and I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks longer then expect to get it

If you are looking for something to play as a family, look elsewhere. Wasted $1500 on the console, 3 controllers, 3 games, and an annual sonyplus account. 15 hours, 3 email addresses ( 1 per controller) and we STILL cannot play with 3 people on the same game in the same house at the same time.... some family fun.

The PlayStation is a great console, but MW3 was a disappointment. The game campaign is super short.
