The Ps5 works well but was disappointed that the code for the game was expired before I even bought the bundle.

I got the playstation and im happy with it but my controller that came with is has a idle sway in the stick.

Overall this product has been on Market fir long time and yet price is out of line in my opinion

The PS5 is great but the lady who sold me the open box confirmed there would be the modern warfare code, I purchased a more expensive bundle for this purpose and there was no code and we had to purchase it separately, PlayStation not Best Buy were able to assist in any reimbursement or providing the code.

There is no voucher code in my box that is needed to redeem game purchased .

Don't play this, hubby does...soo not sure the 500 was worth it?!

Definitely beats the ps4 that sounds like jet taking off after 4 fan cleanings!

This has been a horrible experience. My package never arrived. I filed a claim with ups. UPS advised the package was delivered at 11:28pm on my from step. UPS did not take a photo of the delivery which I find strange. When I checked for the package it wasn’t there. My cameras did not show any delivery at all at 11;28. I called ups to file claim. I asked did the driver provide photo of delivery and they advised no. I advised my cameras didn’t see a delivery and I didn’t receive package. UPS opens a claim and closed the claim with “proof of delivery”. I contacted ups asking what form of delivery did they have. UPS advised they asked the driver and the driver verbally confirmed that the package was delivered. That’s no proof. The driver stole my son’s play station 5 for Christmas and ups allowed it.

the controller malfunctioned the first year and is basically unusable for some games. I have an NES from 1986, and BOTH controllers still work, so I'm not impressed with the PS5 so far.

Bought it brand new and set it up, after downloading Fortnite I went to play and noticed that the r1 button was not working. Tried lots of things to try to fix it and even tried talking to people from the playstation help service and nothing worked. Will return, i’m disappointed.

The system was advertised as an open box item, description minor used, possible scuffs, and scratches. I was told in the store when picking the bundle up that it had the game voucher included. The system and controller are in great condition. The problem here was that the game voucher was not included. Tried getting a voucher, but the advertisement was not honored. Please best buy, be more clear on advertising the fact that tge game is not included. First time I've been disappointed by you guys. Please beware, if you're looking for the legitimate bundle just shop new, or purchase on the playstation website.

I went the other Watertown store. I never had an unfair and so selfish service in my life. My wife bought a video game online but it was the wrong one, so when picking up, we asked to exchange it for the other option available. Since we used progressive, manager one of the cashiers told us he couldn’t do it, so called the terrible manager. Instead of exchange it, the manager cancelled the order and progressive didn’t let us do it again right away. that was a gift and he ruined everything. He simply didn’t care about our situation and even when he admitted it was his mistake, he did nothing else to help.

Purchased this item on 11/27 and it was supposed to be the bundle for MW3. The redeem code for the game expired a month before I purchased so I don’t have access to the game. Don’t recommend purchasing a bundle PS5.

The game was ok but the downloadable code was already expired so my son was unable to download it.

If you want customer service, don't order from Best Buy. We purchased two of these PlayStation5 consoles together--one of them had the paperwork inside with the game activation code, while one of them did not. We contacted Best Buy immediately to get the code, and contacted them again, and again and again. All they do is give automated messages, saying that they are reviewing the request. If you buy through this seller, you better hope that everything is in the package, because otherwise you're on your own. Next time we will be ordering through Amazon, or some other seller.

This was stolen on my credit card. Luckily it worked out I got credited back but I had to cancel the account to stop the theft (happened on even my replacement cards that didn’t even deliver to me yet) they were in store purchases…. How the cashiers didnt ask for identification baffles me . Happened in Melbourne Florida and North Carolina Best Buy’s. (I live in Cali) both counter purchases. How they won’t replay tapes and review cameras makes me think the cashiers were in on it. Low life people all around plus Best Buy needs to be strict on credit card purchases.
