So disappointed! My son got this for Christmas and when he went to turn it on it didn’t even work! We tried different outlets hoping it was the problem but nope, the console does not work. We now have to make a trip back to the store first thing in the morning.

Terrible experience, drove 1 1/2hr only to get to location and have to wait 3hrs because of system error. Was truly horrid experience and wouldn’t recommend because there was little to no help

My ps5 every time aibce i bought freezes up so much , i get no video at all, i even change hdmi ports turn it off, unplugged it and nothing i wish i can return it its less than 2 months old

I didnt buy this item. One of the employees messed up. Also all four of the items i did buy from you have been returned multiple times I have no returned everything i bought in the last year

Didn't received the game that was purchased. Customer service was terrible and basically told me it didn’t matter to bring the console back . Will never purchase from Best Buy ever again

It was supposed to come with a game stand as shown on the box but when i open the box the stand was not in the box. Now i have to spend more money for a stand for his game.

Awful it was a terrible experience. I didn’t get what I was supposed to get in my bundle, and did not come with any games. I would not recommend this product to anyone again.

Do not buy an open box bundle. It’s not a bundle just the console. Someone steals the game and returns the console. You get an overpriced console advertised as a bundle

Had stopped turning on after less then a month of having it never moved left in the same spot. Turned off correctly each time. Now its turns on to blue then right back off

This was advertised as open box excellent, but instead it was for at best. The hdmi port was messed up and the controller had issues.

Don’t buy open box! Someone used the code already. Contact customer service for 30 minutes switched three representatives they told me return it in store. Don’t waste your time

The box was ripped like it was torn open and then returned. This is a gift. Now I have to exchange it. How could you send something like that. It's supposed to be new!

Very unhappy and terrible I spent money to purchase the call of duty bundle but if course no call of duty so there's nothing I can do so practically got scammed

Took us over a month to get resolution.  Sony said they couldn’t help and sent us back to Best Buy and Best Buy. Ran me in circles for three weeks.

I know it is a open box, but whats the point if i am buying the open box bundle for the same price of an actual sealed box of PS5. Absurdp

Missing console stand and it is on me buy one with the twenty-five dollar refund. This is not what I expected from a "Big Box" store.

It said it would not be missing any parts and it was missing feet which are the value of the discount i got for it being opem box.

The item was defective, it froze 10 times and unfortunately it happened on Christmas day for my 11 year old and ruined his gift.

Whenever I put a cd in even if I want playing it would make loud sounds and after 2 months the Ethernet port stopped working
