Shipped open - broken seal and damaged box

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was super excited to be able to get one, when it arrived, the shipping box was sealed, but the actual console box was damaged and the playstation seal waz broken. No care for the customer, beat buy’s customer service said, “did you recieve it? And its not product isnt damaged, sorry”. As playststion gamer since the first console, it would of been nice go have it sealed with my orignal one. But best buy doesnt care for the customer.
