Whenever I had any questions and called they never hesitated to assist and help me find a resolution. If the person who picks up the call cant help me, they always transfer me to the right person who can. I will forever shop with best buy because I can rely on them for quality and quick service.

This slim model feels like the one I’ve always wanted. So much more compact and mobile to carry around. I still have my original but this will be my go to console. Also wanted to get this before the price increased. I like it more than the PS4.

Always wanted a ps5 the price was way too high but I got this on a Black Friday sale and then added the disk drive at a great price as well !
