I had the original PS5 but started to experience the console shutting down after getting too hot, given I live in a hot weather and don’t have AC in the gaming room, just fans, but since I bought this one, haven’t experienced any issues with heat.

I’ve had the PS5 for a while now and it still feels next-gen every time I turn it on. The load times are insanely fast. The graphics are stunning, especially on games optimized for PS5, and the performance is smooth even during intense action.

10/10 , Came in great condition. Still use it to this day and it works great.

Love my playstation. No other console stands a chance. There’s tons of games to choose from in the app store, excellent performance.

My son is it was very nice. He enjoyed his Christmas present so overall thumbs up.

Hands down very happy with our purchase. I will say everytime I purchase from Best buy I am never let down always ready to go, smooth and just quick ID show and then on the road. It was a gift for my dad for christmas so when everybody else was sold out of course Best Buy was not!

Great console very fast and very affordable to get game online

Finally bought a console, works pretty great. The discounted price was hiked up prior, then lowered for holidays which was ehh. Besides that, ordered online and grabbed it in person within same hour.

I wasn’t really expecting much with this console. That being said, I was extremely surprised with it. The last PlayStation my family had was the PS2, and the PS5 is probably the coolest console I’ve ever had, the performance is great, the graphics are fantastic, and everything runs smoothly. I love this thing
