Would Buy Here Again

The PS5 was in stock and when it arrived, the box was damaged, not a good look for a giveaway, Best Buy gladly exchanged it for me. Then there was a price drop of $100.00 and Best Buy credited my card back the difference. Although it was hard to get a person on the phone to call about my issues, once I did, Best buy handled my problems great!
