Is anyone else experiencing this problem i bought this system the other day and to exchange it for another one and now this 1 is doing the same thing like the first just keeps shutting down saying that its hot when I only been playing it for like 15min or less im very disappointed cause i always been a PlayStation guy and now its just like man am i going to have to convert to XBOX

my package was stolen or never delivered 10 days ago and have been getting told to wait 48hrs for assistance everytime i reached out about this issue. the system and workers are unprofessional , incredibly slow & very inconsiderate considering christmas is around the corner , seems like nobody wants to do their job. i even called the store itself and spoke to two different workers.

I didn't get what I ordered! Sent it back! Till today didn't hear any sorry and didn't get anything for my inconvenience with that purchase! Couldn't send it back in store because different serial number! Whole day gone because someone thought I won't notice!
