The PlayStation 5 is hands down one of the best investments I’ve made in gaming. The speed is incredible—games load in seconds thanks to the SSD, and the graphics are jaw-dropping with 4K and ray tracing support. The DualSense controller takes gameplay to another level with adaptive triggers and haptic feedback that make you feel every detail, whether it’s drawing a bowstring or driving over rough terrain. The interface is smooth and easy to navigate, and switching between games or apps feels seamless. Backward compatibility is a huge bonus too—I can still enjoy my PS4 library while experiencing new next-gen exclusives. Overall, the PS5 isn’t just a console—it’s an immersive experience. If you’re on the fence, it’s 100% worth it.

I’d owned a PlayStation 5 several years ago for a short time before selling it to a friend - I just wasn’t playing video games much at the time and figured my friend would get much more use out of it than me. Recently I’d seen this console was on sale and with it already being significantly cheaper than the original model I’d bought years ago (nearly $300 cheaper), I figured I’d give it a go again. With the alternative being to drop a few thousand dollars on a gaming PC to play the same games available on PlayStation, it’s safe to say I love this thing. I play games pretty frequently on it by myself and locally with friends, and I use it for movies and shows. I do not regret buying it this time around and get a significant amount of use on it that I think justifies the price, especially when it’s on sale. Get one!

I upgraded to a PS5 from a PS4. Best choice ever! I was having serious storage issues with my PS4, and newer games were coming out that i couldnt play on my PS4. I have downloaded several games that are fairly large, and i still have so much storage left over. The speed difference of the 5 compared to the 4 is insane. The 5 is also super quiet, and doesnt sound like an airplane; nor does it overheat like my 4. Upgrading was the best choice i've made!

The design is ver slick and clean. My son is very pleased with his console. He feels like the storage could be more due to some games such as call of duty that takes up about 256 GB

Purchased this as a birthday gift for my son. He's completely immersed with his PS5. The graphics, options, and all enhancements overall definitely set this console apart! So far, the console is operating smoothly. I've read about overheating issues but even with as much as my son uses it, there's been no issues with this ps5.

Very good. Expensive. Moving up to a PS5 from an XBOX One Series X one X. The system seems to have better audio from games, music, and TV than did the XBOX. And that is both wired with Audio Quest Cinnamon Cables. The interface is not as streamlined as the XBOX, but the home screens have a nice ambient music track that plays when on them. Speed seems similar if not giving a nod to the PS5. Controller is very different. XBOX wins for layout. PS5 wins for button count, on-board speaker, touchpad, and removable paddles - upgraded Sony controller; similar to the XBOX Elite 2 controller. Who ever thought putting the D-pad above the stick, well they were wrong; bad idea…but getting used to it. Headset connectivity has had zero issues, unlike the XBOX where sometimes it disconnects or won’t connect, or mic won’t work. Not so on the PS5, it just works. Size, color, and shape, XBOX wins. PS5 is big, bulky, and bright white, not fading gracefully into the background but sticking out like an oddly shaped sore thumb. Playstore is very much like the XBOX store. So much so I was hard pressed to see which games I could not get on my PS5. Though not the same for all, I was able to get all the games I play on the PS5. No issues there. The highest level subscription provides similar benefits between consoles, with a more reasonable price on the PS5. All in all, I like it, and will continue to use it letting MS keep their huge subscription price increase.

The new PS five Slim brings power and amazing graphics to your overall gaming experience by far one of Sony‘s best devices for gaming for sure and when paired up with the PlayStation portable. It is chefs kiss.

The PS5 is fast, powerful, and fun to use. Games load almost instantly, and the graphics look amazing, especially on a 4K TV. The new controller feels great with its vibration and trigger effects. I enjoy playing after work—it runs smoothly and has some awesome exclusive games. The only downside is the storage fills up quickly, but overall, it’s a great console and worth the price.
