This has been a real gem! Backstory - got scammed on Amazon (not Amazon's fault) and paid close to $700 for a PS5 bundle. Spent the next 3 months troubleshooting. Our son was frustrated and pretty brokenhearted. His PS4 was demolished by a friend unnecessarily and he waited patiently for something to replace it so he could talk and play with his friends. That day came and went in flames. Fast forward 4 months, I returned the trash I bought off Amazon and purchased this digital from Best Buy! It worked properly and was so easy to install. The look on his face was priceless. He plays and converses with his friends on the weekends and we have no issues. Awesome! Just Awesome!

overall, best experience when I went to go pick up the package the wrap put it in my trunk list in five minutes of me parking I turned on the console. It was so easy to use set up an account for my son and really great servers overall with the Best Buy crew, especially over the holidays.

I have wanted it for quite some time now, and finally decided that it was time! Now I sit and wonder why I have done that earlier. Definitely worth the money! So much better that the previous one I had.

I had a good experience buying and playing this game console, would recommend it to anybody who wants to experience great and fun gaming

Item was in perfect condition and beat buy had stock in store. They made the transaction smooth and i was able to take the product home same day and enjoy it. The PS5 was everything i could ask for and more. Performance and visuals were stunning and setting up was no issue.

I've had mine for almost 2 years now. It's been excellent. I did have a common issue with the controller. The analog axis censors began to malfunction (sticking in a direction without touching the analog). Researched online and figured out how to take the controller apart, properly clean the sensor relays in the analog sticks, and put it back together. No issues since.

Honestly i love best buy they are absolutely amazing when it comes to customer satisfaction!! Whatever it is you need the accompany you with the swift upmost customer service. From games, software, devices, etc nobody can compare to bestbuy !! Thanks best buy for being a friend.

Swift and easy, I always enjoy my time at bestbuy. Attentive staff that always handle your needs with care. As for the playstation, I feel that the console sells itself. The load times are fast and gaming in 4k (with the right monitor) is unbeatable. I don't yet see a need to upgrade to a PS5 pro since the regular PS5 handles all of my needs.

Overall a decent gaming console, have not had any issues.

I brought the original. This version is better alot lighter and compact easier to open and add memory stick. Also having the option to add disc drive is a big plus. Transfering data from ps5 to new ps5 easier than I thought.

Love it so.much better then my PS4 fast speeds and way better performance

Given the fact that I was just playing on PS3 before grabbing this. The PS5 is practically an upgrade of a lifetime. I mean everything better, faster, and so much more enjoyable. I absolutely love it. I wish I could bought it sooner

It's a great upgrade from PS4. I like that the store is incorporated into the main screen. The UI is different so it takes a minute to adjust. Storage could be better, but you can upgrade it. Load times are awesome and definitely worth the purchase.

Purchase the PS5 for my son as a Birthday gift. He hasnt stop smiling since we picked it up at Best Buy.

I finally picked up a PS5 and it’s been amazing so far—super fast loading, smooth gameplay, and the graphics look crazy good. The controller feels really cool with the vibrations and adaptive triggers, definitely worth it if you love gaming.
