Not even a week in this PS5 randomly shuts off. Best Buy won’t help me return it. Not even my fault - ridiculous.

it just takes my boyfriends attention away from me i just get super jealous

Bought this item for my boys but the remote doesn't work!

I wish I could review this item but i never recieved it. The delivery company dropped this at the door but never rang the door bell, I even provided video evidence of that but they are still refusing to replace the item so now i am out 400 dollars. Christmas is now ruined Signed, Long Standing Customer Who Had Never Claimed Before

Package came massively damaged. Not very happy with it. Not sure if it even works

Everyrhing was fine with it, even the moniter was good for the ps5. although the second day i turned it on, it kept freezing when i’d open a game it would freeze and shut the whole ps5 off. We tried the ps5 on another moniter and it did the same

I bought my PlayStation 5 earlier this month, and it’s been a great upgrade so far. Games load incredibly fast, and everything just feels smoother compared to my old console. The controller felt weird at first, but now I really like it. It is pretty big, which makes setup a little awkward. Still, I’ve been using it almost every day and don’t regret buying it.

So I bought the system and maybe used it every other day for 9 days for about an hour. Booted it up on day 9 get all the way to the main screen, then system turns completely off. Changed hdmi cables, changed tvs, cuanged the power source cord, changed tv settings and nothing worked. System will not turn on. This is the second time same issue.

my package wasn’t delivered to me. i contacted customer service, they offered a refund or replacement, i chose the refund and figured i just go pick it up in person. it’s been 3 weeks and my refund has yet to be processed. i spoke with 5 different agents, they all keep saying “the last agent has processed the refund, please allow 24 hours”

Didn’t wanna give me a refund after it barely just be a month

It arrived damaged. The console won’t turn on at all, and the packaging appeared to have been previously opened. I tried multiple outlets and cables to ensure it wasn’t an issue on my end, but the console shows no signs of power no lights or response whatsoever. Very disappointed

Will never buy another product from Best Buy again

Had it for two months. Hasn’t played a game yet and only used it for media. Two months and a week and the HDMI port failed. One week past warranty. I’m never buying garbage products made by Sony again. They can’t do anything right.

It did not work and I was told to send it back and they would send out another one. I was sent the ups bar code to send it back. Got an email saying refund. Well, that was not what I was told. I was told I would be getting another game system

Returned because it was making a loud clicking noise and the fan was really loud

The box had already been opened and damaged. Doesn’t turn on,I was told by an employee that some boxes get returned and they still gotta sell them so they put them back on shelf.. very disappointed at Best Buy that’s not ok. Had no controller and it was new.

Didn’t mean to get a digital PS 5 . I needed one tgat discs go in

Hasn’t even been a full month yet and 1 of the PlayStations purchased won’t turn on.I got it right before Christmas I think 2-3 days before 2023.It happened the day after the deadline.Now I have to hope tht Sony reimburse or send my baby a new one.
