Best Buy had everything packaged well and the console was in perfect condition. Setup was quick and easy, and I was playing within minutes. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and the service. If you’re thinking about getting a PS5, I definitely recommend buying it from Best Buy.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone who likes to game on a console. Every since I got my PlayStation, I have been having late lights on Fridays and Saturdays due to long gaming sessions.

Everything about the item is easy. Gameplay set up, downloading, even opening the packaging. Love the PlayStation, will always be a ps girl.

I bought the PS5 for my boyfriend for our anniversary and he LOVES IT ! He hasn’t gotten off of it since I bought it . I also really appreciate the customer service . I had no clue which game didn’t have the disk but they were very patient and helpful with me (that PS5 got me the promise ring I’ve been wanting ;) lol ). Anytime I go into Best Buy they are nothing but pleasant to me . Thanks again Best Buy team :)

Solid unit that will keep you entertained for days. Probably the best looking PlayStation in my opinion. I enjoy it a bit more than my XBox Series X because of the more advanced controller. I will be purchasing additional storage for it soon. The 1TB it comes with just isn’t quite enough.

I purchased a PS5 from Best Buy this past Christmas, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The ordering process was easy, the Delivery was smooth, and the product was exactly as described. Best Buy made what can sometimes be a hard-to-find item a stress-free purchase, and the PS5 has been an amazing addition to our home. I would definitely recommend Best Buy for big tech purchases.

PS5 is solid—fast load times, good graphics, and the DualSense controller is a nice upgrade with haptics and adaptive triggers. Games like Spider-Man: Miles Morales look great, but the storage fills up fast, and the console itself is pretty bulky. Overall, it’s a good system, but nothing mind-blowing if you’ve already got a decent gaming setup.
