me and my boyfriend are both really big gamers!! and finally decided to upgrade my system!! im in love with the ps5. it works smoothly and perfectly. it runs perfect. i have had no problems out of it. i would highly recommend getting one!!!

I bought this as a gift to myself and I have 0 complaints. Easy setup and works great. If I was forced to say something negative about it, I would say it takes a while to download games, but it’s always been like that lol.

I love the PS5,the system is phenomenal. The speed is incredible and when the graphics are amazing, especially when paired with a 4k TV. Best Buy made pick-up and trade-in of a PS4 Pro simple and quick.

I absolutely love my PlayStation 5. The performance is outstanding — fast loading times, smooth gameplay, and a truly next‑gen experience in every way. The DualSense controller adds an incredible level of immersion, and every time I use the console, I enjoy it even more. I also have to say that I love shopping at Best Buy. Their service is reliable, the process is easy, and I always feel confident buying my tech there. Getting my PS5 through Best Buy made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended.

The online transaction went as smoothly as possible. Initially, it was supposed to arrive on Thursday of the week I ordered it in. However, to my surprise, it arrived on Wednesday making it a day early! But, the PS5 itself is fantastic. This is the "slim" model. I don't like that it doesn't come with a vertical stand for the console anymore, and if I want to use it in vertical orientation, I have to pay for the vertical stand now. Whereas before with the "non slim" version, it was free. I don't see why that little piece of plastic should warrant a charge of any kind. It should be free with the slim version also. But that is on Sony, not Best Buy. It also has a larger hard drive than the original version. But I love my PS5. It is so fast,, and so much better than the ecks box.

I been had this PlayStation 5 digital edition for few years now and it has worked wonderfully no issues or anything i really recommend it for budget console and you are able to get the disc drive separately another time

I bought this as an upgrade to PS4 and I wasn't disappointed . My only regret was not getting the edition with the dvd-rom. I bought the add on drive shortly afterwards.

Very nice PS my granddaughter loves it she got the newest one for her 18th Birthday as a gift, she was so excited and absolutely loves it.
