Sony do better

It has very bad stick drift, and it is unfortunate that I am a unable to repair it and will have to buy another one.

good ps5 horrible trade in

The trade in department will lie and say they tried to contact you when they never did and then act like they are doing you a favor of mailing your item back to you. I would defiantly re think the trade in process before sending it to best buy better to do it in store.
