System came intact but was missing the A/C power cord, usb-c charging cable, and I was told to go pick it up at Best Buy. They then didn’t even have the cord specific to the PS5 and I had to take the one they gave me and hoped it wouldn’t mess up my system. Have done open box products before but never had an experience like this.

Bought the open box Spider-Man bundle only to find the game voucher was missing.

Its cool but takes forever to download games so im not really happy for the purchase

They shipped it without any outer packaging only shrink wrap around half the box. Was broken when I got it. Drove two hours to closest Best Buy to get it replaced. Replacement is fine just don’t recommend having them ship it.

Did not receive the spiderman bundle game code in box

Product was marked as "Refurbished, Excellent" I got the box, and it said missing game voucher ,($75 value) and the original USB C cable ($10 value). How can that be "excellent"??? Waste of everyone time! Took it back to Best Buy

Ordered and received the system, Spider-Man game wasn’t included like advertised. First talked with someone over the online chat and was told to call a customers service number and that I was entitled to receiving a voucher for the game.(it’s 59.99 in the PlayStation shop) called customer service and was told “sorry, the system usually comes with the game code in the box and unfortunately if it was not present there’s not much we can do” won’t be buying from Best Buy again

I bought my PS5 digital edition Spider-Man 2 bundle out of an open box and it made me very angry that I DIDNT GET SPIDERMAN. I’m so angry about this because geek squad labeled it as in excellent condition but nope I didnt get the only reason that I bought a PS5 included in my package.

My ps5 was working until it didn’t turned on anymore Had to return it and they didn’t even have the same one and the were asking me to pay even more to get another one

Unfortunately it is a large paperweight. Overheating the day after it is no longer returnable. The timing is down to a science I think.

Advertised as 1tb, should show 1tb then available after the consoles updates and such. shows as “size 848gb, free space 830gb” wheres my other 150 gigs of space

the first day started overheating and won’t return

I brought thus new and when I hooked it up and downloaded games and tried to play games on it. The unit keep shutting down out the blue several times. So I returned it. It also was saying over heat temperature when it was on no more then 5 minutes.

My package was stolen and now they’re trying to tell me I cannot get a refund. So not only did I not receive my package I can’t get my money back either.

They returned my item just like that. No calls, nothing and that was the last one at the outlet

Kept on skipping had to sell it due not working properly and couldn’t get a refund!!

This was supposed to be a bundle, however it’s missing the most important part, the game voucher.

I bought this console specifically to play Baldur's Gate III and it has done a fantastic job. It was easy to set up and navigate, and I use it almost every night. The controller battery runs out kind of quickly, but that not really an issue for me.
