I basically bought this for a collectible because I grew up with the PlayStation

Love it! Was skeptical because I thought maybe I should get the og ps5 but I love this og style!

Ps5 did a great job at bringing back memories from 1994

I got it and it looked like they gave me an open box used version I was a bit disappointed and I asked if they could do anything about it and they said you can go into a store and see if you can get a new one but all stores and online are sold out and unavailable obviously so who knows when that is! That was all they could do.

Your company is basically going down the hill.You shipped the PlayStation off to me with a busted up box with a hole punched in it what it looked like.Then I spent $25 in rewards on it which I’ve constantly called and begged for the reward/coupon to be issued back and for your representatives to tell me that they don’t reissue back coupons bc they are a one time thing.Trust me,like I told the representative,I pass by the parking lots of the store each and every day so I see the traffic flow that enters these stores and not a lot of people are choosing to shop with Best Buy for reasons such as this.Who takes back something they issue to you,not to mention on a product that was shipped out damaged from the beginning.The strange thing about this issue is the shipping box was perfectly fine but the PlayStation itself wasn’t but you have the audacity to not want to reissue what was given to me.Hey,no hard feelings,I forgive but definitely don’t forget.
