No telling what to do about a limited edition box that was damaged. Really kills the overall value of the product.

Here I am 8:45pm the following day 12/13 with no delivery update, no reason as to why it hasnt been delivered. Its already 4 days behind schedule. Tried to get in contact with pickup location and the phone is busy. Literally been trying to call all day and cannot get through. Fedex # and Live chat is no help at all. I HATE getting deliveries through fedex they are the WORST!! Anyone else have had this problem?? please tell me im not the only one.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was able to purchase this item but unfortunately Best Buy decided to steal my item when they shipped it out to trusted old fedex , they proceeded to report it as lost and sent out another as a replacement but unfortunately that also proceeded to not be there after a month , they have not been helpful and it’s just a big announce to me. I would highly not recommend Best Buy drops or anything they promote for this item they have no clue on how to operate around a high demand item.

No care for the customer, beat buy’s customer service said, “did you recieve it? And its not product isnt damaged, sorry”. As playststion gamer since the first console, it would of been nice go have it sealed with my orignal one. But best buy doesnt care for the customer.
