This was a gift for my little brother, who is a Playstation gamer. After setup, I have not heard one complaint from him and when I watch him play the graphics look amazing. Definitely a good upgrade for those who currently have a ps4!

Decent console, and their playstation plus is pretty competitive with Xbox game pass. I loved playing Detroit become human and for that reason I'll give it 5 stars instead of 4. The game is legendary, and if you don't have a PC playstation is the only way to play it.

I recently purchased a brand new PS5 from Best Buy, and while I really enjoy it overall, I’ve noticed a strange issue. The console runs games perfectly with no problems, but when it’s sitting idle on the home screen, it sometimes freezes and then shuts off on its own. Since this system is brand new, I’m curious if this is normal or if it might be a defect. I’d appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting help from Best Buy or Sony. Other than that, I’m very happy with the purchase and the performance during gameplay.

Game console is awesome. I have no issues with it whatsoever plus it’s super lightweight and easier to set down horizontally than the previous model
