I had the original PlayStation 5 and while the performance is identical, it's great to have the form factor of this one. It seems quieter, much smaller and lighter. Overall, great purchase. Good games, awesome controllers.

The PS5 is easily one of the best consoles i have owned. The speed is incredible games load almost instantly, and switching between apps feels smooth. The graphics and frame rates make a huge difference, especially on a 4K TV. Works great, runs extremely quiet, I do wish it included a better stand rather than the cheap ones they provide, however, at least they provide something, inital setup of the console was super quick and easy. Quality of the PS5 is really good. The one thing I would recommend to anyone considering buying a ps5 slim without the disc drive is to buy the version that has the disc drive. Because the price is actually more expensive to add it later. However, if you were like me, I dont mind buying the disc drive at a later date. Especially since most of my games I own for the ps5 are digital. That way when I decide I do want the disc drive I can simply buy it.

We enjoy the PlayStation 5 overall. The graphics are great and gameplay runs smoothly. The dashboard is more complicated than previous PlayStations and takes some getting used to. We’ve also had issues with the controllers developing stick drift much earlier than expected, which is disappointing. Another downside is the camera — it’s been difficult to find a compatible, working option. Still a good console performance-wise, but there are a few frustrating drawbacks.

The PS5 is awesome. The graphics look amazing, and games load super fast. The controller feels great and makes the games more fun. It's definitely worth getting if you love gaming.

The purchase process was simple and easy and was ready for store pick up the same day. Walked in there was a line of about 6 people waiting for their pick-ups. Only took about 5 mins to get to the counter, the associate scanned my email and brought out the PS5 quickly. I asked for a bag he claimed they didn't have one so I explained my son was in the car and this was his Christmas present so he went out of his way to get 2 bags and successfully cover it. That meant alot to me what great service. 5 stars great experience at this knoxville location.
