I liked the first one I bought for my partner ,I had to get one for myself. Good speed and graphics, haven't had any issue!

easy to set up, it brought up the parental control setup right after the account creation. On other console, after I finish the console setup, I have to search for the parental control setting. The image resolution is quite good on this console - my kids plays stumble guys and Fortnite on their Nintendo switch - they play on the TV after connection it, there is a significant difference on the image resolution. The kids love the PS5 console !

Loving my PlayStation 5 from Best Buy! Easy to order and got it fast. The PS5 is amazing - super quick, graphics are awesome, and the new controller is cool. Games look and play great. It's easy to use and I can still play my old PS4 games on it, which is a nice plus. It's a bit big, but totally worth it for how good it is. Very AWESOME Experience with the PS5 and Best Buy Customer Service, The console is amazing as well as Best Buy Employees, They work hard to sell and maintain the products, and I love how they care about customers wants and needs, and the respect and kindness they give is also amazing I always buy from Best Buy when I need a new phone or console or anything electronic, I appreciate Best Buy workers so much they should open more stores at more locations

I love my ps5! I have one in the living room for my story/single payer games and one downstairs at my “sweat desk” where I play Fortnite and other multiplayer games. It got delivered faster than expected which was awesome! Thanks Best Buy!

The ps5 slim is awesome everything loads super quick its way quieter then my old console and runs up to 120 hz

I can’t even say too much. It’s a very amazing product, it’s fully digital so you don’t have all these game boxes just sitting around. I haven’t had any problems with it storage wise. Just amazing I love it

Love this console and it’s way better than xbox The graphics are dope I will be buying another for my livingroom

My old PS5 quit working and couldn’t be replaced so my aunt bought me a new one on her Best Buy credit card.I was able to transfer all my games and media of sorts.It allowed me to stay connected with my friends in the community and my friends out of state.Because I have a new PS5 I can still remain connected to my friends and we love to play our games together.

It arrived within 2-3 days, on a Saturday. It was supposed to be delivered by Tuesday, but it came early. The PlayStation 5 arrived in perfect condition, plays beautifully, and is a big improvement from the PS4. However, if I had to criticize, I'd say it could have come with more storage. Additionally, I wish it had come with a stand. I'm more likely to trip on the charging cord, and the PS5 could slip off my desk.

So happy with this purchase! Best gift I’ve made to myself and hubs in years. Works great, zero issues, no complaints to report at all so far. Thanks for a great product!

I bought the PlayStation because there was a few games I wanted to play on it and my switch was making it hard to play some of my games without lag, I figured I'd buy this because there was a few games I wanted to play that were exclusive to PlayStation, all in all a good console and I'd definitely buy another PlayStation when they release a new one.
