I bought this for my husband as a surprise. So far it he loves it. Still trying to figure out some of the games he bought. Only thing that I would change since we bought the Ps5 Digital option that trying to learn the controls without a manual for the games is frustrating. We have not had any issues as far as the ps5 itself.

Loving our PS5 console. We got it for Star Wars games (Jedi Fallen Order & Survivor) and Detroit Become Human. The game play is smooth and looks great on our large screen. There are lots of options for game purchases and discount memberships.

Honestly my experience was quick and easy all I had to do was ask a associate what i was looking for he pointing me to the direction and another associate came and filled my request easiest experience ever
