It was okay other than my controller had a drift in it it when I first got it kind of disappointed I couldn't find a way to get a replacement but the ps5 is great

The PS5 Digital Edition is absolutely incredible. The performance is super fast, the graphics are stunning, and games load almost instantly. The controller’s haptic feedback makes every game feel more realistic. Even without discs, the digital library is smooth and easy to manage. The console is sleek, quiet, and perfect for modern gaming. Totally worth every penny! : )

HDMI port does not work. Picture will not show up on device

I purchased and paid for a ‘new’ PS5 on the Best Buy app for my son’s 13th birthday. Best Buy shipped me an open box. When I messaged them to request a price adjustment since they sent an ‘open box’ item, they referred me to the Sony PS5 manufacturer, ?? and refused to take responsibility and do the right thing. Unfortunately it was beyond 14 days when I finally opened the shipping box to wrap it and I couldn’t return/exchange it. I’d urge you to buy from anyone else other than Best Buy. They allowed a used product to be shipped out as ‘new’ and customer service is a challenge. Should have gone to Target, saved 5% with a RedCard and actually got what I paid for.
