Wish I went with the disc version, as digital games are very expensive.

Performance wise, id give it 5 stars. But sadly the HDMI port stopped working after a few months. A very common issue on ps5. For the price point you’d think the most basic specs would be durable.

It may be an oversight on my part but this is a digital PlayStation all games must be bought on line.

Pretty Good console overall. Controller durability is questionable though. I don't recommend dropping it.

I paid for the item online for on store pickup, it said ready in an hour. So I went to the store an hour later, I waited at the store for 6 hours. I spoke to several staff and the general manager, they all assured me without any doubt I would be leaving soon with the item I paid for, as well as online customer service, I was lied to by everyone, so I continued waiting, I waited and waited for 6 hours, until the store closed, never got the item and went home. It took 24 hours, not 1 hour.

Good customer service everything works well, was in and out of the store in a timely manner .

Great purchase, my son is beyond happy. Transferring data was smooth from his ps4 to the ps5 game system.

Even though I bought this item for my husband as a brand new item , it over heats , shuts down from time to time

There are great titles available for this system, and It doesn't take up a lot of space.

The open box PS5 itself was in excellent condition. Everything worked perfectly but i'm giving it 3/5 stars and thats because it included the wrong charging cable for the controller and no power cord, Which would've sucked way worse if i didn't have a spare power cord from an old PS4 and a USB C to USB C on hand to charge the controller.

Needs to fix’s there HDMI port asap for as much money we pay for these systems.
