Best Buy was quick and friendly when I came to pick it up. I ordered it around 9pm on a Saturday, and was able to pick it up when they opened the next day. The Device speaks for itself: top notch gaming and entertainment experience.

Great purchase for such little time to buy holiday gifts.

I bought this for my son as a birthday gift- he wanted to be able to play in the living room! I get to see him more which is great - over all no complaints about the machine itself. He wanted the digital console for it’s convincing- but is nostalgic about the discs.

This gift was extra special because my nephew has been waiting for his Ps5 since it came out! We suffered the lost of our grandpa and his mom couldn’t afford to get it so i made sure i was able to purchase his game i ordered it and it even came a day before the scheduled day.

It’s a PS5. It’s smaller and fits in a regular suitcase compared to the original, and it’s much lighter too.

Very well customer service. Associates helpful. Did have product in stock. Front cashier good customer service. Did explain warranty. Like the Product.

Would buy again if I didn’t already own one. Bought it for Christmas.

Um its a playstation. need i say more. walked into bestbuy. went to counter dropped the cash walked out of the store. it was a pleasant walk. cool breeze. got into car drove home. seemed like i hit all the green lights. opened the box. looked at the unit and said. Sony should hire apples product designer because this thing is hideous. Slapped it into the entertainment cabinet plugged it in closed the cabinet door. (could not stand looking at it any longer) Turned it on, and guess what? it did exactly what it was expected to.

I like to play video game all the time, my kids all have PlayStation 4 so I take it from them than I bought PlayStation 5 for them, they like it.
