    I love the look and feel of both the controller and console. And with the rx 5700 playing games on this and my gaming rig are different only in fps now. But the lack of support for features like a web browser hurt the overall experience. I was hoping to buy a new media center with this console but the lack of media apps and a proper browser prevent that. Otherwise a great gaming experience and as a first time playstation user it was overall good but lacking in some areas.

    I had a very unpleasant time purchasing the product. I originally bought the product online and there was an issues in which the store could not accommodate. I called cust service and they told me the store should be able to accommodate but they did not. The product ended up costing me an additional $170 dollars.
