The online transaction went as smoothly as possible. Initially, it was supposed to arrive on Thursday of the week I ordered it in. However, to my surprise, it arrived on Wednesday making it a day early! But, the PS5 itself is fantastic. This is the "slim" model. I don't like that it doesn't come with a vertical stand for the console anymore, and if I want to use it in vertical orientation, I have to pay for the vertical stand now. Whereas before with the "non slim" version, it was free. I don't see why that little piece of plastic should warrant a charge of any kind. It should be free with the slim version also. But that is on Sony, not Best Buy. It also has a larger hard drive than the original version. But I love my PS5. It is so fast,, and so much better than the ecks box.

An absolutely great idea. Its a huge upgrade from the PS4 from the get go better graphics, better controller feel, and overall feels like it runs butterysmooth in comparison.

My old PS5 quit working and couldn’t be replaced so my aunt bought me a new one on her Best Buy credit card.I was able to transfer all my games and media of sorts.It allowed me to stay connected with my friends in the community and my friends out of state.Because I have a new PS5 I can still remain connected to my friends and we love to play our games together.

I bought this ps5 a little of a month ago. I love It so much! It has a lot of games that I love playing. The storage is great, quality is amazing, and the size of it.. makes it very easy to bring along while traveling! If you’re thinking about buying it? Please do! Best Buy has the BEST electronics !! It was very easy to set up. All of my olg games from my old ps4 (damaged) transferred over no problem. Grafics and speed are great. I got a new Hisense U8 as well and its fantastic!!!!!!

This ps5 is very worth the money, if you are thinking about upgrading from a ps4 do it, and if you dont have a console buy the ps5 its very worth it

Been playing on this thing nonstop since I got it. The digital edition is perfect for me since I mostly buy games digitally anyway. Loads fast, quiet enough, and the controllers feel amazing. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Loving the PS5 so far. Super fast, great graphics, and the DualSense makes a huge difference. Runs smooth with no issues. Definitely worth it.
