This is the console that brought me back to pick up a controller after years of nothing but PC. I took a chance with how well it would run modern games or if I would like the UI/Home Screen but my expectations were far surpassed despite being used to everything PC has offered. I’m enjoying games more than ever in recent years thanks to this console.

I ordered a curbside delivery for a PS5 and PS5 portable. This was a quick and effective transaction. I parked at the store and was there for no more than 10 minutes. Checked in, next thing I know I have a wonderful employee greet me at my door.

I haven't had a game console in decades but when I started thinking about getting one, getting a PS5 from Best Buy was recommended to me by several people I work with.

I give you a 5-star shop for the excellent quality and kindness of the workers. And I recommend that they buy at Best Buy.

I recommend buying this as a cheaper alternative if you can afford the disk version. Get it while you still can before they raise the prices for these consoles!!

The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products at good prices. Checkout was quick and easy, and I really appreciate how smoothly everything went. It took me less than 5 min go go inside taking card from the showcase and giving the card at the checkout. Later they brought the ps5 and payment done and went out. Gaming (digital) is really easy and simple, just go to online store and download whatever game you want.

Amazing when I went to go purchase this item the Best Buy employee was so kind and made sure my products use in great shape the graphic are insane overall 5/5 but the customer service that’s what got me if I could give him a raise he would have one as we speak and to the guy that was by the door great service!!!

I got this since my OG PS4 finally bit the dust, I don't play online, just want to play simple games with my kids. Set up was very easy and straight forward. Signing in and getting it updated took less than 30 minutes. Started up Minecraft and it ran like a champ! Also much more quiet than the PS4! Definitely enjoy using this for the family!

Ive had a PS4 for years and finally decided to upgrade. The graphics and response time are amazing. Definitely worth it.
