I love the new PS5, the controller has amazing haptics, the console itself is super light, and the overall performance is just fabulous. Only things to consider would be the 1tb of storage. Other than that it’s awesome

I recommend this console. It has been one of my best consoles, very pretty, it does not get hot and its graphics look very good. I received it in perfect condition, digital, the games stay in one place.

Buying the PS5 was one of the best decisions I’ve made as a gamer. The graphics are incredibly realistic, and the performance is smooth and buttery. Whenever I think of what real joy looks like, I think of my son and his present this past Christmas Day. Knowing how bad he wanted a PS5 all year, electronics of this kind can cost a pretty penny! But, through much blessings I made it happen. I immediately went to the ONLY place I know worth ordering such a console... Best Buy! In no time did their app help me find the exact PS5. I ordered it and it was ready for pickup the same day! Come Christmas Day my youngest son was ecstatic, and seeing the joy his little face held gave me all the joy the long year before had brought gave ME the joy he would never understand until he has his own son. That joy of watching him pull out his brand new PS5 I ordered from Best Buy was all I needed to know that our little world was a better place. Thank you Best Buy!

What an amazing console!!! It’s very fast and smooth. WoW! I’ve owned ps3, ps4 and I also have a decent PC with a rtx3060 but ps5 slim it’s a different level! 100% recommended!

I had an issue with my PS5 package getting lost during delivery, but Best Buy’s customer service was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve the problem. They tracked the package and arranged for me to pick it up the very next day at my local store. When I got the PS5, it was brand new, undamaged, and in perfect working condition. The console itself is amazing, with fast load times, stunning 4K visuals, and an incredible gaming experience thanks to the DualSense controller. Despite the initial hiccup, Best Buy’s support made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Exactly as expected the best console you can buy. This is my second PS5 the new design is extremely nice and you have the option to add a disk drive at any time which is a genius idea. Size comparison to the original is now outstanding. All around a great product.

Really enjoy the PlayStation community and when I tell you they weren’t lying about the graphics being good, they were not lying at all.

Games look amazing and run smooth. I bought the digital edition since I don’t really own physical copies of games and it looks so slim compared to the first ps5’s.
