Dust and debris everywhere. It seems to have been used for a few years. Cover plates have many scratches. There are screwdriver marks on the screws; the device has likely been disassembled, or a part has been replaced.

Sweet console but it keeps getting disconnected from the tv. Is a 4k under with game mode and doesn’t matter if game mode is on or off. Eventually tv says “disconnected” “check connections”. Console is very hot. Going to put a fan on it and see if that helps.

Never knew there was a console without a disc drive.

This was a great present to give to my son. It got everything you need in a ps5.

This product was never delivered to me. It was stolen by the courier and Best Buy refused to refund me, after promising on multiple occasions that they would do so. Instead they advised me to take it up with law enforcement. So instead of Best Buy facilitating law enforcement involvement, the onus is on the customer, whose money they took and never delivered the service for, to do so. Borderlije fraudulent practice. Go check Reddit before you order from Best Buy. You will that this insane practice has been going on for a while. Wish I had seen those reviews prior. To the Best Buy executive responsible for this practice, well done. Eventually, you will be held responsible.

A great console. My biggest gripe is that I wish Sony would allow backwards compatibility with all previous systems with disc support. Highly recommend nonetheless.

Crazy annoying UI - I feel stupid trying to navigate this product... Unfortunately returned this after about a week of use. I'm not a fan of the design of the hardware, but thought it would be fun to play Forza as it was recently made available on the PS5. The game was filled with micro transactions that made the game so annoying to play. I'm sure PS5 is super fun for people who game all the time, but it was not easy to use or fun for someone who only casually uses it.

Works great, downloads fast, and smooth game play. Game storage could be improved, controllers don’t last that long. They get stuck after a while. For how expensive these controllers are my old PlayStation 1, 2 and 3 controllers never had to be replaced and they were WAYYYYY cheaper….

Its a ps5 digital. Does what you expect it to do. The slightly increased storage is nice but the extra $50 halfway thru the ps5's life is not cool.

Its a solid console, but the huge and awkward shape makes it not really good as a console, as its kinda hard to put things around it.

Nice lighter than original storage space gets used fast

The system is great but the HDMI cable that came with it does not work. I had to use one of my own HDMI cables so I could play the game.
