Bought this as a Christmas gift for my spouse. He loves it! 4 stars because the controller ended up with stick drift pretty quickly. He’s not a big gamer, so it was disappointing that the controller did that within a year of purchase.

This was my grandson's Christmas gift. He was extremely pleased. He has used it often & loves all the graphics, features, & quick start up. He's absolutely no problems with it. We trust Best Buy with all of our electronic items. There's never been any issues. I have confidence that the issues would be resolved if there was.

Excellent console device, constantly gaming with plenty of enjoyable game's with movie downloads, and streaming apps lots extra accessories available, different colors available for cover change , also controllers and compatibility games from the PS4 with slim designs.

Boys now have 5 stations in the household so to say this product is lived it undeniable

The PS5 is great, my son loves it, and it works very well. The quality is impressive. I also want to say that the store employees are very friendly. The day I went, they helped me decide on the best option. Thank you for that.

Although I purchased this for my kids, I played PS5 couple times until now and the experience is truly satisfying. Setting up was really easy and fast. It’s got parental control and it keeps me informed of all the activities on the mobile app. I would recommend to buy on Best Buy deals (if one wants to save some bucks).

Bought it as a Christmas Gift for my husband, the upgrade is genius! All the new remote features gives such a more unique experience!! Not to mention the game quality and speed is amazing.

Great product exceptionally smooth and really simple and enjoyable

We had been holding out but we decided to get this for Christmas. I’ve been the one mostly on and I can say the graphics are so clear. We like that we can play disc or digital. Is you are questioning wether to upgrade or not I’d definitely recommend you do.

Outstanding product — the PlayStation 5 works flawlessly. The graphics are impressive, delivering an incredible gaming experience. I purchased it to use in Argentina, and it runs perfectly with a power converter.

This digital slim design is easier for my son to travel with and it takes up even less space as the other slim design that be previously had. Also this PS5 has way more storage space to say its smaller but awesome.
