Making the orden was easy. When the console arrived to the store they notify you through email and in the app too. At the store it was easy to pick up 2 minutes approximately and I was leaving the store with the product.

The PS line has been great for me/us. I started with the OG many years ago single. Now with a family, none have given problems. Only reason we bought this one is lightning struck our home and we lost PCs, modem and the PS5.

So far so good, works just like it says it would. Wish it came with 2 controllers though.

Honestly it's a great product and I'm glad that I bought it. I was iffy on getting the PlayStation 5 considering my issues with past PlayStations but this one is undoubtedly worth your money.
