Received damaged package and Best Buy tried to sell me what was clearly an open-box item at a new price. Customer service advised that I bring to a store and exchange for new system. However, the store rep wanted me to pay extra $75 as the PS5 I purchased was on sale (and not available) and a comparable PS5 was not on sale so I would have to pay the difference. Overall, a terrible experience. Also, Best Buy shipping the PS5 in the original box for all to see is beyond comprehension.

I’m not a gamer, but since he is 7 yr old I have to help him with set up & other things & I can even notice the graphics are awesome compared to his older Xbox x/s console. I didn't think I would be purchasing another game system as I stopped playing after the PS3 broke and my Xbox 360 is pretty dated although it still works. Anyway I had some free time on my hands and decided to buy the PS5 and I cannot say enough good about it. Picture quality is fabulous and I like the fact I can put my own disks in or download. I really like the looks of it as well. Haven't had one single issue and am so very pleased! Wonderful high quality and I am a dedicated Sony buyer anyway. There's nothing not to like except I wish it had more than 1TB storage but I can always expand easily with this model. A great purchase and I got it on sale, making it even better! Definitely recommend the purchase!

Took me a while to take the plunge with the PS5, but I'm glad I did. My previous playstation was an 80gb PS3. I skipped the PS4 generation, but always planned to get back in at some point. With games like Spiderman, Final Fantasy VII remake, etc, I'm glad I finally jumped in. I debated getting the pro, but didn't see much value in it. Getting the PS5 slim, with disc, during the holiday sale was the right choice. I haven't used it to play UHD Blu Rays yet, but I intent to. The system also fits nicely in my entertainment center, which would've been a tighter fit for the pro or the OG PS5. I'm not a big Fortnite player, but it was a nice bonus. Would've been happier with a more interesting game bundle, but overall I'm very pleased with the purchase.
